-Jane Curtin
"I like them so much that I am going out to buy a broken car just so I can call them."
-Gene Shalit
Car Talk is a hilarious, fast-paced call-in program in which hosts Tom and Ray Magliozzi (a.k.a. Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers) take the fear out of car repair and find the fun in engine failure. They talk about everything under the sun - from the suspicious ticking noise in Brenda's 1990 Nissan van to what kind of car to buy to attract a mate.
Winner of the Peabody, broadcasting's most prestigious award, Car Talk's Click and Clack have appeared on 60 Minutes, 20/20, The Tonight Show, Late Night with David Letterman, The Today Show, and Martha Stewart Living, along with print features in The New York Times, Newsweek, Time, Smithsonian, USA Today, People, and Rolling Stone.
