Burlington voters are being asked if it's time to legalize pot. 

The non-binding question on the November ballot asks city residents whether marijuana and hemp should be legalized, regulated and taxed. 

There are similar statewide ballot measures in Colorado, Oregon and Washington. 

Joining us to talk about the initiative is Albert Petrarca, who is leading a local grassroots legalization campaign through his organization, BTV Green.
