Power Outages Climb; Red Cross Opens Shelters
As the winds of Hurricane Sandy climb, so do the number of power outages.
Utilities report more than 8,000 customers have lost their electricity - and that number continues to grow.
The American Red Cross says it's opening shelters for anyone who needs them. They're in Rutland at the hospital, at the high school in Wilmington and at the Mountain School in Winhall.
