Governor Peter Shumlin says he will push ahead with a $125 million dollar plan to rebuild the Waterbury state office complex despite the uncertainty of federal funding; a committee finds that the State Police should continue to lead Vermont's search and rescue efforts, but the system needs to be reorganized, and commentator Vic Henningsen remembers Malcom Browne.
