John Graham and Beth Frock continue to struggle a year after Irene as they wait for FEMA and their bank to come to a settlement.

By the time Tropical Storm Irene swept through Vermont, more than 3,500 homes were either heavily damaged or completely destroyed by the storm.

One of the houses totally wiped away by Irene belonged to Jon Graham and Beth Frock of Rochester.

Over the course of the past year, VPR's Mitch Wertlieb has been visiting with the Graham-Frocks as they navigate the difficult road to recovery.

He spoke with them again as the one-year anniversary of the storm struck.
