Vigil Planned For Celina Cass
Family and friends will gather at a vigil to mark the anniversary of the disappearance of an 11-year-old New Hampshire girl whose case remains unsolved.
Celina Cass was reported missing one year ago after she was last seen at the family's computer at about 9 p.m. July 25, 2011.
Her body was recovered a week later from the Connecticut River, about a quarter-mile from her home.
Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young says the investigation remains active, with three state troopers committed nearly full-time to following leads. Her friends said Celina was very dependable and would never run away.
The vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in the same small park where friends once prayed for her safe return.
