The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision on healthcare last week overshadowed another important decision on campaign spending.

The court ruled that Citizens United applies to state as well as federal elections. Retired Middlebury College political science professor Eric Davis speaks with VPR's Peter Biello about what this means for Vermont’s election season.
