Randy Brock, right, is congratulated by Gov. James Douglas after he announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for state auditor in Montpelier in July.

Davis says Republicans need to give Randy Brock the resources he needs to run a competitive campaign for governor, so that Gov. Peter Shumlin has to work for re-election.
