State Faces Challenges Helping Those Displaced By Irene

VPR's Mitch Wertlieb spoke with Sue Minter, Vermont's Irene Recovery Officer about the challenges the state faces in helping the most vulnerable, whose lives were thrown into chaos by Irene.
