Entergy Nuclear won its lawsuit against the state over continued operation of the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant.
Judge Garvan Murtha's decision means that Yankee can continue operating past March 21st, the date when its original 40-year operating license expires.
VPR's Mitch Wertlieb discusses the ruling with Pat Parenteau, a professor at Vermont Law School.
