Two of Vermont's most storm-damaged communities, Waterbury and the Wilmington-Dover area, have been picked for a special FEMA program. The program aims to help devastated communities envision their futures and bring those visions about. Town officials in Barnet say they're close to selling a contaminated piece of town property that has been off the tax rolls for nearly a decade. A former doctor has pleaded guilty in Vermont federal court to illegally accessing the medical records of a woman who was not his patient.
