Governor Peter Shumlin plans today to wade into the battle between Chick-fil-A and folk artist Bo Muller-Moore.
Muller-Moore has been at odds with the fast-food chain. Chik-Fil-A says his homemade "Eat More Kale" slogan interferes with their trademarked "Eat Mor Chikin" sales pitch.
Muller-More says he'll fight for a trademark as he tries to grow his business. His story has gained national attention.
Shumlin will meet with reporters this morning along with Muller-Moore.
