"The Art Of Eating" Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Edward Behr is publisher of the foodie quarterly Art of Eating that's based in Saint Johnsbury. The magazine is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary with a cookbook that emphasizes tradition, simplicity and sense of place.
Behr talks with VPR's Jane Lindholm about the anniversary and his publication, which the Wall Street Journal called "Arguably America's most erudite and prestigious food publication."
