The state estimates that more than 15,000 farm acres were affected by Tropical Storm Irene in Vermont, causing $10 million in damage, and that number is rising. VPR's Bob Kinzel talks with Vermont Agriculture Secretary Chuck Ross about the extent of flood damage to Vermont farms and how they are recovering.
