Vermont, Entergy Lay Out Arguments In Court Case

(Host) Lawyers made their opening arguments Monday morning as the trial got under way in Entergy Vermont Yankee's lawsuit against the state.
Entergy is challenging the state's authority to determine whether the nuclear power plant can continue to operate beyond next March.
Dave Gram is covering the trial for the Associated Press, and joins us to summarize how Entergy has laid out the case, and how the state is defending itself.
