The Vermont Department of Emergency Management says continued heavy rains from the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee have caused only minor problems in the state.
Spokesman Mark Bosma says officials have received reports of a damaged culvert in the southern Vermont community of Wardsboro and section of roadway that was repaired after Tropical Storm Irene passed through washed out again in Marlboro.
Bosma said concerns about new damages to Routes 9 and 100 did not materialize.
However, flood watches and warnings remain in effect for five southern Vermont counties.
