With at least two feet of fresh snow now blanketing most of Vermont, spring - and gardening - still feel like quite a ways away. But it's never too early to start thinking about your garden... planning it out on paper, and ordering seeds. For inspiration, we talk to Ellen Ecker Ogden, whose new book, The Complete Kitchen Garden is a combination of recipes and garden design. Mache and Chicken
Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing and
Asparagus Soup with Coconut Lemon Crème.
