VPR/John Dillon
VPR's John Dillon is in northern Quebec this week reporting on the hydro-electric projects that have been built by Hydro-Quebec and he's also looking at the construction of some new dams.
VPR Will be airing a series of reports this summer about those projects, as the state Public Service Board considers the deal that Vermont utilities have reached to buy more Hydro-Quebec power over the next 26 years.
VPR's Bob Kinzel talked with John late yesterday about his trip and asked him to describe exactly where he is.
