RSSSupreme Court To Hear Cases At Vermont Law School

The Vermont Supreme Court will make its annual trip to the Vermont Law School in South Royalton next week.
The five justices will hear arguments in seven cases at the law school on Wednesday.
Among the cases that will be heard, will be one that will decide whether the Vermont Consumer Fraud Act is violated when a car dealer relies on a mistakenly-issued clean car title.
It will also hear an argument about what constitutes attempted voyeurism and an appeal connected to the case murder of Michelle Gardner Quinn, the University of Vermont student who was killed in October 2006.
The hearings are open to the public.
