Yesterday voters in Lowell approved a measure to support the development of the Kingdom Community Wind Project. And it was a wide margin 342 to 114. Green Mountain Power is the lead utility on the project, along with Vermont Electric Co-op. VPR's Mitch Wertlieb speaks with GMP CEO Mary Powell, who admits that getting approval for a wind project isn't easy.
