Advocate Says More Working People Need Assistance

When people are out of work, one place they seek assistance is their community action group. Tim Searles is with The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity, which offers assistance for housing, food, and energy payments. Searles says there are always people in need of assistance, especially in harsh economic times, but he tells VPR's Mitch Wertlieb something is different these days.
