Lender Says There's Still Money Out There

Many people looking to build a home will first visit a bank, and for many it's their local bank. But is there money out there for prospective homeowners to build or even buy a house?

VPR's Mitch Wertlieb put that question to Stephen Marsh. He's the CEO of Community National Bank, based in Derby. Marsh says while some aspects of the lending business have changed, one thing is the same.
