The House is nearing a vote on the health care reform bill.
But the bill does not include many of the provisions Congressman Peter Welch
has been working for. Congressman Welch discusses the specifics of the bill with
VPR's Bob Kinzel as well as the situation in Afghanistan
and whether or not President Obama should send thousands of additional troops
to that country.
