Last week, chef and television celebrity Emeril Lagasse was in the state, touring the Hardwick and Greensboro area. He was filming scenes for his TV show Emeril Green.
Emeril's three half hour episodes and a one-hour special about this part of Vermont won't air until January on Planet Green. But VPR's Jane Lindholm got a chance to sit down with the chef and learn why he thought Vermont deserved the attention of his show.
