thrufterscover_150_8.jpgThis week Vermont Edition has been exploring more than 400 years of music in our region. Vermont Folklife Center archivist Andy Kolovos helped research Thrufters and Throughstones, a new CD set that chronicles our region's musical history.

Today, we look at punk music's influence in Vermont and hear the song "Weapon Factory" by The Wards.
