Governor Douglas says he'll veto same-sex marriage bill

Douglas says he assumes legislators will have enough votes to override his veto.
Earlier this week, the Senate passed the same-sex marriage bill by a 26-4 vote. That's six votes more than needed to overturn the governor.
The House Judiciary Committee is taking testimony on the bill this week and the full House could consider the bill as early as next week.
Douglas says he wants lawmakers to quickly finish their work on same-sex marriage so they can return their attention to the budget and the economy.
