VT Edition: Noelle Mackay & Mark Blucher on vital communities
Wednesday, 03/11/09 1:59pm

As part of our Vermont in Transition series, VPR's Jane Lindholm talks with Noelle Mackay of Smart Growth Vermont and Mark Blucher of the Rutland Regional Planning Commission about development and how the decisions towns make about where to put houses, stores and open space determine the quality of life for future generations.
