Is the affordable housing crunch easing in Vermont? Two Vermont economists say it is - but some other experts beg to differ. Bruce Edwards of the Rutland Herald says results of a new study by economists Art Woolf and Richard Heaps have triggered a debate over the issue. He spoke with VPR's Jane Lindholm about the study.
