Interview: Rep. David Zuckerman on marijuana decriminalization

At least 20 House lawmakers believe criminal penalties for recreational marijuana users are too harsh, and counterproductive.
They’ve added their names to a new decriminalization bill authored by Progressive Representative David Zuckerman of Burlington.
Under Zuckerman’s bill current law would be changed so that if you’re caught with an ounce of marijuana or less you would pay a $100 civil fine.
