Soil study could yield clues about climate change

We normally think of deserts as some of the hottest places on earth. But not so. There's a desert in Antarctica where the dirt may yield some clues about the effects of climate change.

VPR's Steve Zind reports on the research of Dartmouth College biochemist Becky Ball, who's studying Antarctic soils for insights into climate change.
