Interview: Dr. Jeff Ayers on Canadian political instability

If you're one of those political junkies going through withdrawal now that the U.S. presidential contest is history, you can turn to Canada to get a fix of serious political drama.
Canadians are facing a period of unprecedented political instability. Prime Minister Stephen Harper had the Governor General of Canada rush back from a trip to Europe and asked her to suspend Parliament, and she agreed.
Dr. Jeff Ayres is the Chair of the Political Science Department at St. Michael's College. Ayres says such a drastic move is stunning to Canadians, and even more so to Americans.
