Friday, 12/05/08 7:49am

Mitch Wertlieb - Colchester, VT

Dr. Jeff Ayres is the Chair of the Political Science Department at St. Michael's College. Ayres says such a drastic move is stunning to Canadians, and even more so to Americans.
