State Police probe police shooting in Bristol

The Vermont State Police and Bristol police are investigating what is being described as an officer-involved shooting in the town of Bristol.

Police say the shooting occurred on North Street.

But police didn't say what time the shooting occurred, describe the circumstances that led to the shooting or identify any of the people involved.

Police say the suspect is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
