A group that is seeking the unclaimed remains of veterans across the country has buried four sets of ashes at the Vermont Memorial Veterans' Cemetery in Randolph.  The Douglas Administration is preparing for another round of budget cuts in the current fiscal year. Governor Jim Douglas says the cuts will be needed because it's very likely that the state's revenue forecast will be downgraded once again next week. One part of the transition around the new president-elect is a change at the Democratic National Committee. Howard Dean, who's been head of the party since 2005, will be moving on.
