Interview: Suzanne Butterfield, Secretary of the Vermont Republicans

Thursday September 4, 2008
Mitch Wertlieb

Colchester, VT

We've been checking in with Vermont Republicans this week as they attend the GOP convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Last night John McCain's vice presidential running mate Sarah Palin got rave reviews from the GOP delegates in attendance, and seems especially popular with the most conservative members of the GOP base.

We're getting some reaction to Palin and McCain today from Suzanne Butterfield. She's the Chair of the Windsor County Republican Committee and Secretary of the State Republican Party.

Butterfield says Palin is popular with Vermont Republicans.
