Bill Talbott is the Acting Commissioner and Chief Financial Officer of the Department of Education. Greg Burdick is Business Manager for the Addison Northeast Supervisory Union. Judith DeNova is Assistant Superintendent for the Chittenden Central Supervisory Union. They speak with VPR's Jane Lindholm about the impact of rising fuel and food costs on districts across the state.
