A new survey by AARP Vermont shows that roughly
40% of Vermont's small businesses don't offer private health
insurance to their employees because it's too expensive. Now the group is
pushing to expand one of the state's health care programs, Catamount Health, to
cover small businesses. Bob Kinzel talks with AARP Vermont director Jim Leddy,
and with Jeane Keller, a health care consultant who says the move would
compromise the financial stability of the Catamount program.
