Former home of Robert Frost now a museum

Robert Frost lived in a lot of different places over the course of his 88 years. Many of the poet's homes have been made into museums. But until now the house where Frost wrote his best known poem has been overlooked. When he bought the house on Route 7a in Shaftsbury, Frost wrote, ‘I mean to plant a new Garden of Eden with a thousand Apple trees -- of the Unforbidden variety.' Today a group of volunteers has turned the house into a museum and hopes to restore Frost's ‘Garden of Eden.'
VPR's Susan Keese paid a visit there shortly after its seasonal opening this spring.
