Interview: Middlebury Police Chief Tom Hanley on the search for Nick Garza

Middlebury Police Chief Tom Hanley says a plan including land and river search was developed shortly after Garza was reported missing. But investigators weren't able to turn their attention to Otter Creek until April because of high water conditions.
Saranac Technical Rescue began searching the river on April 9th, but found conditions still too difficult. In the meantime, a Maine-based rescue organization came to take some high resolution photographs. Hanley says what they saw immediately became the new focus of their investigation:
