First, the good news: A new Pew Center Research study predicts Vermont will be one of the states least affected by the national foreclosure crisis in the coming year.
Now for the not so good: new tracking data since January of 2007 reveals an uptick in the number of foreclosures in the state.
Tom Candon is Vermont's Deputy Commissioner of Banking.
