A new report revealed yesterday that real estate sales and prices in Vermont have both declined over the winter. But it's not just primary residences that are struggling. The second-home market is also big business - vacation home owners and part-time residents pay higher taxes than the rest of us. And those sales are going down too. Bruce Edwards is a business reporter for the Rutland Herald. He spoke with VPR's Jane Lindholm about the figures in the report.
