Senator Patrick Leahy, who supports Obama, says the answer is yes, and he thinks Clinton should drop out of the race. The Bush administration has accepted a compromise from New Hampshire that will ensure the state's residents will not be barred from using their driver's licenses to enter federal buildings and board airplanes starting in May.
