VT Edition Interview: Tom Moreau & Carolyn Grodinsky on recycling in Vermont

Tom Moreau is the Chittenden Solid Waste District General Manager. Carolyn Grodinsky is Waste Prevention Coordinator for the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation. They speak with VPR's Jane Lindholm about the economics, and the do's and don'ts of recycling around the state as well as the need to involve manufacturers, institutions and everybody else in generating less trash in the first place.
