Audio Postcard from Lyndonville, Vt
Monday, 10/01/07 12:50pm and 12:50pm

Today we bring you the beginning of an ongoing series of audio postcards from towns around the region.
Our first stop is in the Northeast Kingdom. The town of Lyndonville is a farming community and gateway to the Kingdom. It's the home of Lyndon State College, and boasts five covered bridges -- that's one for about every 1000 residents.
VPR's Charlotte Albright sent us this postcard, which begins at the factory where the town's most famous product is made: Bag Balm.
