Interview: Author Peter Barnes on the 'Cap and Trade' initiative

Tuesday January 23, 2007
Mitch Wertlieb

Colchester, VT

Peter Barnes is a former journalist and author of numerous books on the environment.

His latest book is called "Capitalism 3.0: A Guide to Reclaiming the Commons."

Barnes recently gave testimony on climate change to the Vermont Legislature, and suggests that the state should consider a
variation on the so-called "Cap and Trade" initiative.

He spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about his testimony.
