(Mitch Wertlieb) Flood conditions, washed out roads and rained on picnics aren't the only troubles Vermonters have faced as a result of the severely wet summer of 2003. Dr. Bill Bress is state toxicologist at the Vermont Department of Health, and he joins us to tell us more about the problem. Dr. Bress, welcome to Morning Edition.
