My Vermont Project

This month we've been hearing from our neighbors about how they define the character and meaning of life in Vermont. Beginning May 19, VPR extends that conversation when Vermont Edition brings you an in-depth discussion series on the challenges that Vermont faces in the coming decade. Host Bob Kinzel and Jane Lindholm examine efforts to control escalating health care costs, the factors that will determine Vermont's long range energy policies, the budget pressures facing many families and the strategies that are needed to create more good paying jobs. We'll also discuss how Vermont's identity is changing, and what needs to be done to retain the state's character in the future.

Listen for this special series of programs on Vermont Edition, May 19-23 at noon on VPR.
