Upper Valley Institute Celebrates 40 Years Certifying Teachers

Sometime over the next few months, at their own pace, about 20 candidates hope to earn graduate degrees in education from an unusual institute in the Upper Valley. It's a post-graduate, one-year program aimed at adults switching to teaching from other fields, or advancing their teaching careers.
