Governor Peter Shumlin and Lt. Governor Phil Scott confer with FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate during a helicopter tour of the state two days after Tropical Storm Irene hit Vermont.
A year after Tropical Storm Irene wreaked havoc upon Vermont, a lot of
rebuilding has been accomplished, but much work is left to do.
Lieutenant Governor Phil Scott updates us on Vermont’s recovery efforts
and the challenges that still remain.
We’ll also get updates
from State Representatives Rebecca Ellis of Waterbury Center, Sandy Haas
of Rochester and Ann Manwaring of Wilmington, whose towns were all hit
hard by the storm.
