The Supreme Court's historic decision on the Affordable Care Act could have long-ranging effects on Vermont.

By a vote of 5-4, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Individual Mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act. So how will the Court's decision affect Governor Shumlin's efforts to implement a single payer system in Vermont, the state's health care plans in the future and what will be the next step for the Governor's plan to expand coverage in the state?
